Overview
Argus is a durable fighter in Mobile Legends who excels at diving into the backline and sustaining through fights. He deals significant physical damage and can heal himself through lifesteal, making him a strong presence in prolonged team fights and split-pushing scenarios. His skills are straightforward, allowing him to poke, engage, and finish off enemies efficiently. His ultimate ability, Eternal Evil, lets him become temporarily immortal, turning the tide of battles by allowing him to continue fighting even after taking lethal damage.
Strengths
Argus strengths lie in his high sustain and strong team fight presence. His lifesteal combined with his skill damage allows him to stay in fights longer than most fighters. He is especially effective against squishy heroes such as marksmen and mages, and his ultimate gives him the ability to dive into the enemy backline safely. Additionally, Argus has a relatively simple learning curve, making him accessible for new players while still being impactful in higher-level play.
Weaknesses
However, Argus has some notable weaknesses. He is vulnerable in the early game before he levels up and gains lifesteal, making him susceptible to harassment and ganks. He is also highly dependent on his ultimate to survive team fights, and without it, he can be easily controlled or kited by enemies with crowd control or mobility. Playing Argus effectively often requires good timing and coordination with teammates, as engaging too early or without support can lead to quick deaths.
Crit + Attackspeed
Start with Corrosion Scythe for attack speed in early game, then focus more on crit and lifesteal equipments, then you can add penetration using Malefic Roar for tanks with high sustain.
Crit
His passive relies more on critical damage so that why we should focus on emblems that will give us more crit damage.
Battle Spell
Inspire temporarily increases your attack speed and basic attack damage for a few seconds. This boost allows Argus to deal more damage quickly, especially during his ultimate, where he's immortal for a short time. Using Inspire right as you engage in fights or dive into the enemy backline maximizes his DPS (damage per second) and makes him more threatening to squishy targets.
Late Game
In this phase, argus become broken and hard to kill, because of his high damage he dominate.
Best With Mathilda
She can give him more mobility for escaping or chasing enemies.
Watch Out For Akai
Akai can dominate argus in all phases because of his hight sustain and high damage as a tank, and his ult make Argus's ult useless.
