Since argus is weak at early game try to reach lv4 As soon as the turtle, zone the enemy key target or help slain the turtle and don't be always agreesive in mid and late your not untouched Always be present in team figth do not solo

Weaknesses
Argus is an Easy target without his ult or don't know to use him properly will cost the game
Burst
I choose this build because I use this to burst the key targets quickly
Sustain/ semi burst
I use this to increase the chance of killing my key target, increase my movement speed greatly and range
Fighter
It increase argus passive heal a bit and critical damage
Assassin
And this increases his critical damage and penetration
Battle Spell
This battle spell is useful because it can be use to sustain or burst in argus

Tips Reach lv4 faster Pacitipate in turtle figth Priority the key target Tricks Use strategy to win your lane Do not be aggressive in early game
Best With Diggie
They will work together because of cc immunity give by biggie ultimate making argus immune to almost all cc

Since it depends on strategy , sustain battle and the user of the hero one can win and the other one can win too
