Overview

Mobile Legends who excels in close combat and team fights. She has strong burst damage and can sustain herself in battles through her shields and enhanced attacks. Her ultimate skill, Valkyrie Descent, allows her to transform into a divine warrior, gaining extra durability and dealing area damage with every strike. Freya is best played in the EXP lane or as an offlane brawler who can jump into fights, disrupt enemies, and eliminate key targets.

Strengths

Freya has powerful burst damage that allows her to defeat enemies quickly. She can sustain herself in fights with her shield and lifesteal. Her one on one potential is very strong, making her a dangerous duelist in the side lane. She also has crowd control through her Leap of Faith, which stuns enemies and gives her a good initiation tool. Freya scales very well into the late game and can change the outcome of a team fight if played properly. She can be built as a durable bruiser or a heavy damage fighter depending on the teams needs.

Weaknesses

Freya is weak in the early game because she relies on items to reach her full potential. She is vulnerable to crowd control such as stuns and silences that can interrupt her combo. Her skills are short-ranged, making her easy to kite by ranged heroes. She also consumes mana quickly during the early stages of the game. In large fights, she needs good timing and support from teammates to engage safely and effectively.

Equipment Build

This build focuses on giving Freya strong lifesteal, high burst damage, and good durability in fights. Warrior Boots provide extra defense and sustain in the lane. Haas Claws give lifesteal that helps her recover health while fighting. Berserker Fury increases her critical damage and makes her basic attacks stronger. Endless Battle adds true damage and more lifesteal which works well with her skill combo. Malefic Roar increases her physical penetration allowing her to break through the defense of tanks. Blade of Despair gives her the highest damage boost making her a serious threat in the late game. This equipment set makes Freya strong in both one on one and team fights. It gives her the power to deal heavy damage while keeping her sustained with lifesteal and shields from her skills.

Assassin Emblem

The Assassin emblem is a good choice for Freya because it improves her damage and movement speed. The added attack and penetration make her basic attacks and skills stronger which helps her defeat enemies faster even those with high defense. The extra movement speed allows her to chase enemies or retreat safely after using her skills. This emblem matches Freyas fighting style because she depends on fast attacks and quick movements to win battles. It makes her more effective in duels and gives her an advantage when joining team fights.

Battle Spell

Inspire greatly increases Freyas attack speed for a short duration, allowing her to unleash rapid basic attacks and deal massive damage to enemies. While active her basic attacks ignore a portion of the enemys physical defense, making it easier to melt even tanky opponents. This spell works perfectly with Freyas skills since her abilities empower her basic attacks. Using Inspire during her ultimate, Valkyrie Descent, turns Freya into a powerful duelist capable of defeating multiple enemies at once. It is best used when engaging in team fights or when trying to finish off an enemy hero quickly.

Mid to Late Game Dominance

Freya becomes most dominant during the mid to late game when she already has her core items and can fully use her ultimate skill. In the early game she should focus on farming and gaining experience to reach her power spike faster. It is important to play safely at the start and wait for her items before engaging in fights. During the mid game Freya can start joining team fights and take objectives such as the Turtle or towers. Her leap and stun allow her to catch enemies off guard and start fights for the team. In the late game she becomes a strong finisher who can dive into the backline and eliminate damage dealers. To use her effectively always time her ultimate before entering a fight and save her leap for chasing or escaping. Stick with your team during crucial battles and focus on the enemy damage dealers first. With proper timing and positioning Freya can easily lead her team to victory.

Best With Yu Zhong

100% co-op win rate

Freya and Yu Zhong are a perfect match because both heroes excel in close combat and can dominate team fights together. Freya can dive into enemies using her leap and stun, while Yu Zhong follows up with his area damage and crowd control. Their combination creates strong initiation and sustained pressure, making it hard for enemies to escape. Yu Zhongs lifesteal and durability also help protect Freya during clashes, allowing both to survive longer and deal massive damage.

Watch Out For Dyrroth

80% counter win rate

Freya has a slight advantage over Dyrroth because of her shields and crowd control that can interrupt his combos. When timed correctly, her leap and stun can stop Dyrroth from finishing his burst attacks. Her durability and lifesteal give her an edge in extended fights, while her ultimate provides extra defense to survive his damage. However, she must be cautious early in the game, as Dyrroth can still deal high damage before she gets her core items.
