Been using this for awhile and I can tell it helps the team effectively.
Battle Spell
Use 1st skill to stun and extend its duration by petrifying the enemy so you can burst it by your 2nd skill
Stage 1
Go mid directly to gain gold and exp exposing enemy team use 1st skill to move faster. Look at the map for possible gank by the enemy team and try to participate in early to gain more exp and gold.

Watch Out For Floryn
80% counter win rate
Silvannas cant burst when there is healers.
