Overview

Thamuz is a fighter hero in Mobile Legends known for his continuous burn damage and strong sustain. His passive applies lava burn on enemies with each attack, making him deadly in extended trades. With Molten Scythes (Skill 1) for zoning and poking, and Chasm Trample (Skill 2) for mobility and knock-up, he can control fights and chase down enemies effectively. His Ultimate, Cauterant Inferno, makes him a powerful frontline presence by dealing AoE burn damage while restoring his HP through lifesteal. This allows him to survive long teamfights and pressure the enemy backline. Thamuz excels in the EXP Lane, where he can dominate 1v1 duels, but he can also be played as a jungler due to his fast clear speed and strong early game pressure. He is best paired with roamers that provide hard crowd control like Atlas or Tigreal, and he struggles most against heroes with strong burst or kiting abilities like Valir and Karrie.

Strengths

Deals continuous burn damage with his passive and ultimate, making him strong in long fights. Has great sustain from lifesteal, allowing him to survive in teamfights. Fast wave and jungle clear, giving him early game pressure. Dominates 1v1 duels and is excellent at securing Turtle and Lord. Can be played flexibly as EXP Laner or Jungler.

Weaknesses

Lacks strong crowd control, relying only on a small knock-up and slow. Can be kited by ranged heroes and pushed away from fights. Weak against burst damage that kills him before he can lifesteal. Needs items to become effective, making him vulnerable in the early game. Ultimate-dependent — less threatening when his Cauterant Inferno is on cooldown.

Best Equipment for Thamuz

This Thamuz build maximizes damage, mobility, and survivability, letting him shred tanks, spam skills, stay longer in fights, and come back for late-game team battles.

Fighter Emblem

Swift speeds up his passive, Festival of Blood gives sustain, and Killing Spree restores HP and speed after kills.

Battle Spell

Thamuz has no dash or mobility skill, which makes him vulnerable to kiting from ranged heroes. Flicker solves this weakness by giving him instant mobility for both offense and defense.

Mid Game

💡 Reason: By mid-game, Thamuz has his core items (War Axe, Hunter Strike, Blade of Despair), enough levels, and his ultimate, making him strong in team fights and lane pushes.

Best With Estes

100% co-op win rate

Keeps Thamuz alive in prolonged fights with heals, letting him stay in the front line and deal constant damage.

Watch Out For Jawhead

100% counter win rate

Can eject Thamuz from fights, disrupting his positioning and combos.
