i mostly use this build against other sustain heroes. if the hero against me cant sustain in fights, i will switch dominance ice with brute force to increase my damage and hp a bit. if i see snow ball potential in the early game, i build sky piercer instead of hunter strike until i reach the late game and THEN buy hunter strike.

with this spell you can start a 1v1 or even a team fight when combining it with his third skill faster than normal
just be aggressive.
be aggressive in the laning phase but play it right. trust your passive but not blindly.
