You will first taking the first buf in exp lane then mid after other buf and you got lvl 4 and enemy jungel is lvl 3 you kill enemy mm or invide enemy jungel if you have good team then farm and start you rotat like that in min and late game you try to kill enemy mm or mage and try also taking fast lord and turtel when they spawn because popol ahve the best damag and the fastes one for killing lord and other creps . And if your team low and you lose alot try to take wave and finish game because popol ahve also brutal damag vs towers .and dont forget your combo ult then first skill then basic after skill 2 then first again then basic and run with spaming skill 3 behind you .
