Strengths
Obsidia shines in farming and late-game damage. She can clear minion waves fast, scale quickly with items, and deal huge amounts of sustained damage in team fights. She is especially strong against squishy or immobile heroes like Layla, Miya, Melissa, or Granger, as she can easily out-damage and outlast them once she builds her core items.
Weaknesses
Despite her power, Obsidia is fragile and can be taken down quickly if targeted. She struggles against assassins and mobile heroes such as Saber, Hayabusa, Fanny, and Joy, who can dive into the backline and burst her down. Tanks like Belerick or crowd-control heroes like Guinevere can also lock her down, leaving her vulnerable. Positioning and timing are key for Obsidia to survive and deal maximum damage.
Attack speed
Swift Boots give Obsidia faster attack speed to farm and poke enemies early. Corrosion Scythe and Demon Hunter Sword are her core items, giving high attack speed, lifesteal, and damage against both tanks and squishy heroes. Golden Staff makes her attack speed even stronger and lets her apply effects like slows more often. Malefic Roar helps her break through tank defenses with extra armor penetration. Finally, Immortality gives her a second chance in late-game fights, which is very important since she is squishy and often targeted first.
