Overview
Obsidia is a marksman whose strength scales through her passive: Return to Bone. She collects Bone Energy from damaging enemies (heroes / non-hero units, excluding creeps), which converts into Bone Shards. These shards enhance her basic attacks (they fly out automatically and do extra physical damage + inherit some item effects). She is weak early game, since without shards her damage is much lower. But in mid-to-late game, when she has stacks and core items, she can dish out big damage, especially single-target burst and against mobile heroes. Her kit includes good mobility and a powerful ultimate that can isolate or punish mobile heroes. But timing and positioning are important.
Strengths
Good Mobility Skill 2 gives her a speed boost, and when combined with her Ultimate, it becomes even better for chasing or escaping.
Weaknesses
Weak Early Game She relies on Bone Shards and items.
This Build Works for Obsidia
Early game: Attack speed & crit chance (Windtalker, Berserkers Fury) to stack shards and scale.
Marksman Emblem
This is the standard and most effective emblem for Obsidia since it boosts her attack speed, crit chance, and damage scaling.
Battle Spell
Flicker (Most Recommended) Best all-around survival tool. Lets you escape ganks, reposition in teamfights, or even chase down enemies after ulting. Very reliable since Obsidia is squishy.
Obsidia battle stage (early, mid, and late game)
Role: Farm safely, survive, and stack shards. Focus on last-hitting minions and building your first core item (Windtalker).
Best With Lolita
Assassins (Burst + Dive) Saber, Hayabusa, Ling, Benedetta They can jump into the backline and delete her before she lifesteals. Even with Bone Shards, Obsidia dies fast if focused. Tanks with Peel & CC Lolita, Tigreal, Grock, Atlas They protect Obsidia, block dives, and set up huge teamfights where she can unleash shards safely.
Watch Out For Hayabusa
Examples: Saber, Hayabusa, Ling, Benedetta Why they counter her: Obsidia is very squishy with low HP and no natural escape (only a short dash).
