Eudora can use in 1v1 and to kill 1 hero in game it depends on how you play it but for me Eudora can burst magic damage in 1 combo

This is the complete item of Eudora because it can 1 hit combo the enemies lightning truncheon in first item because you have a added skill like kidlat

Battle Spell
I choose flicker to escape if you're in danger or you're health is low and to surprise the enemies when it's to far
Surprised lightning
The tip of the hero I choose is use 2nd Skill, 1st skill, and 3rd skill if the enemy is 1 only if the enemies is 2 or more you can use this 1st skill, 2nd skill, and 3rd skill it depends on you if your 3rd skill is target the low HP
Best With Aurora
They work well together because if Eudora skill is have a 1 stun then also aurora have a 2 stun and they can burst high magic damage.
Watch Out For Cyclops
The counter of Eudora is cyclops because if cyclops uses 2nd skill then Eudora use 1 hit combo it can Burst damage but not quite to kill cyclops because it has life steal the 2nd skill of cyclops is to add life steal and it can fast their movement and also it can fast the first skill loading
