In early game, dyroth can lifesteal while hitting on the minions and any enime can't figth him if dyroth make a good and powerful stack to stack using dyroth you need to press the basic attack to minions,creeps,buff,and more when you create a good stack you will create highly damage to enimes.

Don't use dyroth if the enime is crowd control because you will not gonna play well and can make a mistake
