Overview
Obsidia is a unique hero in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) with a powerful late-game scaling potential. Similar to heroes like Cecilion and Granger, the Sovereign of Dark's End relies on constantly hitting or killing targets to build up her Passive: Return to Bone. She does not gain any energy stacks from jungle creeps. This means you can't use her in the Jungle role.
Strengths
Her passive enhances basic attacks, providing an additional hit based on the number of stacks. This makes her a powerhouse when paired with on-hit effect items. Her Ultimate is a good chase mechanic where she sticks to enemies, making it nearly impossible to shake her off. This can be an advantage or a disadvantage, depending on who the target is.
Weaknesses
If you have to deal with an enemy Obsidia, heroes that can move fast and stun-lock targets like Chou or Guinevere are good counter picks. If you are laning against her in the Gold Lane, heroes like Granger, Irithel, Moskov, or Lesley are good picks that can kite her easily. Basically, any hero that can close the gap is a good pick against her. She doesn't have much mobility, and she needs to keep a distance from her targets. If you enjoy assassins, heroes like Saber, Fanny, Joy, Ling, and Lancelot are also good counterpicks. They have enough burst damage from their combos to quickly eliminate Obsidia before she can escape or counterattack.
Build for Obsidia
Your goal is to spam your Skill 1, rapid-fire your basic attacks, and get as many stacks as you can. Start with Magic boots for the extra Cooldown. Follow it up with Corrosion Scythe for the stacking damage and on-hit slow, on top of gaining a bit of attack speed. For your mid-game items, start with Demon Hunter Sword to start dealing more damage based on enemy HP. However, you can also swap this with a Sea Halberd if the enemy team has a solid healing or shield lineup. The next item will be the Golden Staff for even more attack speed. The last two items you build will vary. The general combination is Malefic Gun for the extra Basic Attack range and Rose Gold Meteor for a bit of shield to keep you alive longer. However, if you think you need more sustain, you can swap one of the items with Haa's claws. If you manage to snowball early, consider getting a Blade of Despair for a massive damage boost.

Placing Swift in the first slot is self-explanatory. You need as much attack speed as you can get without compromising on damage. The second slot can be Weapons Master to further increase Obsidia's damage, including her Bone Shard attacks. For the final slot, go for the Weakness Finder for the on-hit slow and attack speed reduction effect.
Battle Spell
For the Battle Spell, you need some extra mobility, something Obsidia lacks in her kit. Flicker and Sprint are good candidates. However, you can always go for Purify when the enemy team has a lot of Crowd Control effects. Don't even bother with Retribution. Obsidia is not designed to be a hero for the Jungle role.
Tips for Obsidia
When Obsidia deals damage to enemies, she generates Bone Energy (basic attacks against units and heroes, as well as skills, provide varying amounts of Energy, while creeps do not grant any). Once she accumulates enough Bone Energy, it condenses into Bone Shards, which can stack up to a limit. When Obsidia uses Basic Attacks, all stored Bone Shards strike the target, each dealing bonus Physical Damage that also carries a portion of her Attack Effects.
Best With Zilong
If it's the Mobile Legends character, she pairs well with items like Corrosion Scythe, Sky Cursor, Golden Staff, and Demon Hunter Sword due to synergies with her passive and basic attacks, and is countered by mobile assassins like Chou and Guinevere. If it's the Obsidian note-taking app, it's compatible with a wide range of operating systems, including macOS (even older versions with specific installers), Windows, and Linux, and works with remote vault syncing and other tools.
Watch Out For Guinevere
If you have to deal with an enemy Obsidia, heroes that can move fast and stun-lock targets like Chou or Guinevere are good counter picks. If you are laning against her in the Gold Lane, heroes like Granger, Irithel, Moskov, or Lesley are good picks that can kite her easily. Basically, any hero that can close the gap is a good pick against her. She doesn't have much mobility, and she needs to keep a distance from her targets.
