Overview
Yu Zhong is a hybrid that can blend in any type of exp gameplay as long as you maximize its ability. Yu Zhong has 4 skills which gives him an advantage to rule the exp lane, apart from being a fighter, he can also deal a good amount of damage using his passive. For his gameplay, first you need to know your opponent, if the opponent depends on dash, use 2nd skill and strike it on minions and use your basic attack on your exp opponent and hit it one more time. This will enable Yu Zhong's passive which can take a continues damage to the enemy and also heals itself.
Strengths
As for Yu Zhong's strength, Yu Zhong relies on his sustainability and passive. This'll allow him to control, guard, and charge the enemies without thinking of him being burst out quickly. Yu Zhong has a strong regeneration ability, which also allows him to keep up in team fights and can even withstand 1v5 scenarios.
Weaknesses
Like other heroes in MLBB, Yu Zhong definitely have it's weaknesses. But this will only depend on your gameplay and play-style. These weaknesses are: heroes like wanwan, arlott, cici, irithel and other heroes with CC effect that could prevent Yu Zhong from sustaining.
Sustain/mobility
Since you don't need that much of damage for Yu Zhong, i recommend this sustainable item for him, this will allow him to stay longer in team fight and dominate the game.

Thrill: For damage dealt. Festival of Blood: For spell vamp and sustainability. Quantum Charge: For mobility.
Battle Spell
Petrify, if you're an EXP laner Yu Zhong, i recommend using petrify for late game crowd control and AOE. Using petrify along with his 3rd skill could be a team setter for late game.
3rd + Petrify + 1st + 2nd combo
For his gameplay, always strike the opponent with the outer layer of your 1st skills, this will deal much more damage. You can cut lanes if you want, don't be afraid since Yu Zhong has a strong passive which will regenerate his hp. For his combo: 3rd + petrify, the petrify will prevent the enemy from escaping your 3rd skill which will airborne the enemy and this could give you time to + 1st + 2nd this will trigger your passive and it'll continuously damage the opponent.
Best With Angela
This only depends on you, but Angela's ult could enable Yu Zhong to reach it's full potential. By providing speed boost and heal, you will be unstoppable.
Watch Out For Arlott
Arlott could easily dash out and dodge Yu Zhong's 1st skill, this could be an advantage unless you know how to time.
