Overview
Obsidia is currently dominating matches this season with her unique set of skills. She can chase, initiate, especially with her damage--she can burst heroes.
Strengths
Obsidia is strong mid to late game, because of her passive. Once her boneshards are being stacked, she can easily burst heroes with basic attacks, she takes advantage when her opponent in gold lane is squishy and doesn't have crowd control.
Weaknesses
Obsidia's weaknesses are seen in the early game as her stacks are not that enough to poke enemy and especially when dealing with assasins, marksman, and tanks who have a lot of crowd control that may affect her in scaling items.
Crit, Lifesteal
This is good when dealing with tanky heroes as critical damage bursts more than trinity build do (corrosion sythe, demon hunter, and golden staff) thus, it bursts both squishy and tanky heroes while having your health back when dealing damage.
POKE FOR SCALING TANKY HEROES
I personally use this emblem set up because lately, utility junglers are becoming a trend and in order to burst their HP, you have to poke them continuously, therefore marksman emblem provides you a little lifesteal and gives you 30% attack speed while slowing your enemy by 50%
Battle Spell
When choosing battle spells, i prefer using flicker the most. Even though she has that unique 2nd skill that grants her 500% movement speed for 0.3s but after, she is caught with escaping disadvantage. Also, this spell will help you position yourself and escape through ambushes.
MID GAME
Obsidia in this stage, 9-10 minutes, you will have the maximum stacks in your passive (as you might know, her passive is gaining bone shards when hitting enemy heroes and minions) and also have the core items (haas claw, wind talker, berserkers fury).
LATE GAME
Here is where she dominates, spiking through enemies with her maximum stacks and full build. She can easily dominate squishy and tanky heroes with her combo 1st skill - 3rd skill - 2nd skill - basic attack - 2nd skill - basic attack. BUT take note, you should position yourself when dealing with heroes with crowd controls.
Best With Mathilda
Mathilda is a great support in obsidia. As her second skill, can help her chase enemies. Also, with this she can boost her speed and playstyle according to her support.
Watch Out For Belerick
Obsidia has a great attack speed in late game. And having belrick as her enemy, will make your playstyle difficult. With belrick's scaling defense, he can easily burst and give the damage back to her.
