Overview
Obsidia is a marksman hero who harnesses the power of bone and shadow to hunt her prey. She manipulates Bone Energy to form Bone Shards, which rain down with her attacks to tear apart enemies. Swift and merciless, she thrives as a finisher, chasing down weakened foes with her shadow-meld mobility and tethering ultimate. Though fragile, her burst damage and pursuit ability make her a deadly threat in the late game, embodying the role of a predator who ensures that none escape her grasp.
Strengths
High DPS & Burst Potential: Her passive gives extra damage via Bone Shards, and her skills + ultimate let her deal strong burst. Mobility / Chasing / Repositioning: Skill 2 and ultimate give good reposition tools — speed, pulling to enemies, moving through walls during ultimate. Good Finisher: Designed to snipe or finish off low HP enemies, especially once she has items. Her kit allows her to close distance and lock in damage.
Weaknesses
Low Durability: Her base HP/defense are weak; she tends to be squishy. Item-Dependency: She becomes strong when properly built; in early game or without items, she can be vulnerable. Weak to Crowd Control (CC): Because her mobility is crucial, being stun-locked or locked down seriously hampers her. Also, her ultimate tether effect means she can be punished. Cooldowns / Skill Timing: Some skills have non-trivial cooldown and mana cost; misuse can leave her open.
High Damage & Anti-Tank
Maximizes attack speed + crit, which directly boosts her passive (Bone Shards). Gives mobility (Windtalker, Agility from emblem). Has survivability tools (Immortality / Wind of Nature). Shreds both squishies and tanks, letting her act as a true late-game finisher.
Burst & Damage
Obsidia is a pure damage finisher. Her kit revolves around stacking Bone Energy Bone Shards, then unloading them with basic attacks. That means she scales very hard with attack speed, crit, and mobility exactly what the Marksman emblem provides.
Battle Spell
Safest and most flexible option. Lets you escape dives, reposition in teamfights, or chase down enemies after tethering with her ultimate. Great synergy with her squishy nature.
Tips & Tricks
Obsidia is a high-damage marksman in Mobile Legends who excels as a finisher, but she requires patience and precise positioning to shine. In the early game, she should focus on safe farming in the Gold Lane, using her first skill to poke and build Bone Energy while saving her mobility skill for dodges or escapes. As she transitions into the mid game, she becomes more threatening by pre-stacking Bone Shards before fights, then kiting enemies with her attack speed and movement boosts. Her ultimate is best used on priority backline targets, as it lets her tether and chase them even through terrain, making it difficult for opponents to escape. In the late game, Obsidia can melt both squishies and tanks with her crit and shred build, but she must always maintain distance and rely on good positioning since she is very vulnerable to crowd control and assassins. With the right emblem, items, and battle spell, she can dominate teamfights by timing her skills carefully, bursting enemies with Bone Shards, and cleaning up fights with her relentless chase potential.
Best With Carmilla
Obsidia works especially well with Carmilla because their kits complement each other in both damage and utility. Carmilla can lock enemies down with her crowd control and ultimate, linking multiple targets so they share damage.
Watch Out For Eudora
Eudora is a natural counter to Obsidia because she can punish Obsidia biggest weakness being squishy and heavily reliant on positioning. Obsidia thrives when she can kite safely and unload Bone Shards over time, but Eudoras instant burst combo (stun + Lightning Bolt + Ball Lightning) can delete her before she has a chance to react.
