Obsidia is the first marksman hero from the abyss. Obsidia is a fresh twist on the marksman role: she mixes high single-target damage, a stacking mechanic (Bone Shards), and some ability to control or lock down foes. She rewards patience, good positioning, and smart decision making. She is so op in rank game, before she get nerfed play her now!
Strengths
Obsidia is weak damage at the early game but if it hits mid to late game obsidia can deal insane damage to enemy especially when you complete your bone shards
Crit build
You can use this crit build if there is one or none tanky heroes on enemy team also this is a burst build you can change rose gold into wind chant if the enemy team has more physical damage
Atk speed build
Also you can use this build especially when if the enemy has more tanky heroes like lapu, tig, terizla, ura, yz, etc... It depends on your play style lr what build you like if it is crit or atk speed build, if enemy team has more sustain heroes you can change your items like sea healberd or malefic roar
Crit emblem
This emblem set can help you because of swift that gain you 10% extra attack speed, bargain hunter for equipment can be purchased at 95% of their base price, and war cry because obsidia is basic atk and skill base hero because the passive of the war cry is after every 3 basic atk or skill hit to enemy all damage dealt increases by 8 % for 6s
Burst or chase
You can use this emblem as back up or depending on enemy line up
Battle Spell
Flicker spell can help you to easily escape when the enemy jungler is assassin and if you want a burst type obsidia you can use inspire. It depends on your enemy line up
Tips and tricks on how to use obsidia
Early game: focus on farming and using Skill 1 to poke and build shards. Avoid risky fights until you have core items. Mid game: once you have a few key items and decent shard stacks, start positioning aggressively but smartly. Use Skill 2 to reposition or dodge. Ultimate timing: wait for the right moment (enemy out of position, without backup) to use Hunt of Bone to lock down a key target. Watch for threats: heroes with strong crowd control or burst can shut you down if you're caught early.
Best With Angela
Angela and obsidia is a best combo, because obsidia is so squishy hero and she needs a teammate that can help her to sustain on the team fight and Angela is the one of the best hero combo to her because Angela got buffed her ultimate is now 20s only and she can ult to obsidia on team fight and wait for 20s again to cool down Angela's ult, Angela can build items that has CD reduction to maximize her ult, you can also use diggie to cancel the disturbing cc and basic atk
Watch Out For Belerick
Belerick is the best counter to obsidia because belerick can use vengeance and build a blade armor that can reflect to obsidia's basic atk and skills
