Pharsa is more aggressive when she rotate and she can fast clear the minions so you can able to gather for team fight

I recommend this emblem set because i mostly use this. you can burst the enemy and for other reason you can fast rotate for team fight

I recommend Flicker or Flame Shot when your team are more advantage than your opponent and for other reason use Purify when the opponent is more CC(crowd control)

Fast clear and visit your team to make more advantage when team fight
Best With Khufra
I cant specifically choose a hero to match her play style but all tank with a good set is much better because pharsa has more damage
Watch Out For Novaria
Pharsa can counter all heroes depending on what performance you have
