If you're enemy is a runner,or has a dash skill you can use flicker to easily chase them. But if your enemy is close range and has no escape skill you can use vengeance as this increase you're physical and Magic damage
Maximize passive
If the red bar below lapus HP is red Press your attack buttong to trigger it it will give you shield.

This combination can help you in team fight especially with the teleport of chip.
