Overview

Obsidia is a Marksman who scales well into the late game, using her Bone Shards mechanic for strong poke, burst, and suppression against enemy heroes.

Strengths

Strong against mobile heroes with her ultimate that disables dash/blink, Good poke and farming ability with Skill 1 to collect shards, High damage output in mid to late game once items are built.

Weaknesses

Weak in the early game, easily pressured before scaling, Relies on good timing and positioning, especially when using her ultimate, No reliable escape skill, vulnerable to burst and crowd control.

Crit Build

This build turns Obsidia into a late-game monster with fast crits, lifesteal for sustain, and penetration to shred even tanks—perfect for carrying team fights.

Anti-Tank

This Anti-Tank build melts even the toughest frontliners with attack speed, lifesteal, and high penetration—perfect for shredding tanks and dominating long team fights.

Poke Mastery

Marksman Emblem is ideal for Obsidia. Swift gives her more Attack Speed to stack Bone Shards faster. Tenacity provides extra durability when her HP gets low, helping her survive bursts. Finally, Weakness Finder slows enemies and reduces their Attack Speed, making it easier for Obsidia to kite and deal consistent damage in fights. This setup balances offense and survivability, perfect for her scaling playstyle.

Squishy Hunter

This emblem set focuses on defeating squishy heroes. Swift increases Obsidia attack speed for faster shard damage, Tenacity provides extra survivability during low HP, and Weakness Finder slows enemies to make them easier to finish off.

Battle Spell

Inspire greatly boosts Obsidia's attack speed and damage, letting her quickly stack Bone Shards and deal massive burst damage in fights. Use this spell during team fights or when aiming to secure kills, especially against squishy or mobile heroes.

EARLY GAME

During the early game, Obsidia should prioritize stacking her passive. Avoid forcing big team fights if your shards aren't fully stocked yet, since most of her power and sustain rely on them. Focus on clearing lanes and taking jungle camps to quickly build up passive stacks before engaging in major clashes.

LATE GAME

Once her passive is fully stocked, Obsidia becomes a true powerhouse in team fights. Use the enhanced damage and sustain to burst down squishy targets first, then shred through the enemy frontline. With proper timing and positioning, her passive makes her nearly unstoppable in extended battles.

Best With Angela

Angela works well with Obsidia because her ultimate can provide shields and healing, allowing Obsidia to dive confidently and maximize her passive stacks during fights. Angela's crowd control also helps Obsidia lock down targets more easily. However, this synergy is not always guaranteed because Angela might need to use her ultimate on other teammates who are in danger.

Watch Out For Belerick

Belerick is a strong counter to Obsidia because his passive reflects damage back to attackers. Since Obsidia relies on fast and continuous basic attacks, she ends up taking heavy reflected damage when focusing him. On top of that, his tankiness and crowd control prevent Obsidia from bursting him down quickly, making it risky to target him in fights.
