Thamuz weakness is those hero's who continuesly poke her then run away, for example: zhuxin, helcurt, zhask, nana, etc. In this way thamuz sustaining ability will be useless. So it's better to just run away and wait for a team to help.
Defensive attack while sustaining life
This build is good for sustaining and a speed for basic attacking, while also maintaining defenses for both magic and physical attack, and also to prevent high basic attack enemy's like zilong, karrie, and obsidia, to continuously basic attacking you. This way you can out maneuver them

Having this spell is a perfect combo for thamuz because this spell reduce the damage you receive from the enemy, and also it let your enemy feel the same damage you receive back to them, like a thorn. This way thamuz sustaining ability will be much better.
Target objective
In early game just continue clearing your lane then when you cleared your lane go help for a team fight then came back to your lane again for additional gold so you can earn gold faster and then push tower available avoid taking fatal damage on enemy and soloing an enemy while still not fully equipped with the most important build to stay sustained and also help the core on guarding on getting the turtle because this way helping getting a turtle you'll get gold faster and having gold means you'll get much easier equipment having equipment makes you much easier without having to struggle on a team fight always don't forget to not take an enemy down by yourself always for wait for a team to help you out

Zhuxin is a perfect match for a thamuz user because for example if thamuz are facing an enemy zhuxin can help thamuz stop an enemy on continuesly attacking thamuz and also preventing the enemy on skipping.
Watch Out For Benedetta
Thamuz can't handle heroes like benedetta because of benedetta has a high mobility and strong damage that instantly burst out thamuz and then kamusta catch up on benedetta when benedita is running away
