Moskov is a marksmen hero in mlbb with his attack ability it is good for pushing and bursting squishy.
Strengths
Moskov is a little weak until he complete trinity build so focus on minion wave and play safe.
Weaknesses
Moskov is weak against anti blink hero like khufra, minister etc,

It totally decrease mana usage cause of the emblem mana regain and can stay on lane with approx 30% hp cause the emblem also have hp regain.

When enemy has burst hero like saber or eudora use this emblem.
Battle Spell
You can choose flicker if enemy has high mobility hero but i would recommend using agaes when theg pick oneshot hero.
Try to stay on back line sp that u will not fed early fame.
Moskov passive penetrate enemies so try to position urself on where enemies are in straight line
Best With Atlas
Due to atlas cc that gather alll enemy moskov passive will work fully.
Watch Out For Irithel
Cause irethel need movement and slow attl rate moskov van outburst her.
