Overview
Franco a tank, the special thing about franco is that he can hook, if you get really good at using franco you can easily hook or even predict enemy's
Strengths
Franco is good in caching enemy's and stunneding the enemy with his ulti, good in giving ally's kills and scaring enemy's.
Weaknesses
franco is weak when alone and has low participation in fights but still important his ulti can only stunned one enemy at a time.
My build
The 1 and 3 items are your core items. The 4 and 6 items you can do defense, Damage or hybrid (recommend defense), you can also change the Winter Crown but i dont recommend changing it.
Full Tank
Tank build, you can change winter crown but i dont recommend
Full-on Damage build
dont recommend using in rank better on 1v1 or classic
My Emblems
first is "agility" increases speed by 4% useful for fleeing or chasing enemy, second "Pull Yourself Together" reducing your battle spell cooldown by 15% useful when your using flicker because it has the longest cooldown, and third can be anything you want

Battle Spell
i recommend flicker because its useful in fleeing, but if you really master it you can use the flicker to increase hook distance or bring enemy's inside your turret
Early game invasion, Help, Support
when the game starts follow the jungler you can choose to invade, keep helping core or go to gold lane if you pick invade damage the creep that your core is taking 1 - 2 times never steal it, after that pick where to go red buff or purple buff but its most likely red buff
Mid game Help
Help Gold, Exp and jungler in turtle and teamfight save teammates and push
Late game
Push, target lock enemy jungler and protect ally jungler for easy lord
Best With Fanny
if you have mastered franco you can easily hook fanny mid air, if you have mastered it you can use ulti
