Viable build for Valentina
This is usually the go-to build for Valentina, The enchanted talisman and magic boots benefits for CD Reduction, glowing wand for anti-heal to enemy's like supports or sustain heroes, blood wings for the shield and movement speed, divine glaive in order to penetrate to enemy's sustain heroes, and holy crystal for maximum damage output in late game.

It's Quite self-explanatory because the 10% CD reduction benefits her ultimate and other skills, wilderness blessing for positioning by ganking, and impure rage for poking the enemy with your skills.
Battle Spell

Watch Out For Masha
Valentina is a slightly squishy hero and doesn't have much mobility in terms of outplaying. Valentina will have a hard time facing Masha due to her high HP and constant threat by Masha can chase enemy's, which usually make a big threat for Valentina. It's recommend to avoid her at all cost when ur alone.
