Overview
Helcurt is weak in early game, try to farm as much as possible and avoid early clashes. He's Dominant in Mid to Late so just farm first
Strengths
Helcurt is a Burst time hero. He can't fight 1v1 with tanky Heroes Like Badang. Use his passive skill (+movement speed) effective to rotate fast in the map. Prioritize Marksmen or Mages at the back of enemy team.
Weaknesses
Helcurt's weakness is when he can't burst out Enemy hero. For example you ambush Zilong but you missed you 2nd skill, you're probably be dead by that time. So make sure when you use 2nd skill it will connect.

This Emblem Build will help you burst out enemy heroes.
Battle Spell
Use Retribution as soon as it is available in early game so you could farm fast. But remember to reserve it for turtle and lord fight.
Farm First
In early game, always prioritize farming. Utilize Helcurt's passive to locate enemy position and avoid getting ambush.
Best With Angela
With the help of Angela, Helcurt can dive in enemy's tower to secure a kill and get out safely.
Watch Out For Karina
Helcurt's 2nd skill is considered as a "Basic Attack", so Karina can be immune to helcurt's main damage skill. Karina can just Stand still and helcurt can't do anything to her.
