Strengths
Paired with crowd control heros such as Tigreal, she can do a lot of damages, her heal is extremely usefull to stay in lane
Weaknesses
It is easy to close the distance and her ultimate make her a static target for ennemies.
Speed and penetration
One of the major items for ixia is the corrosion scythe since, thanks to the item's passive, she gains attack speed when she hits targets and can slow them when they are in her ult, then skypiercer is a must have to finish ennemies before they have the time to go out of the ult, sea halberd is used to reduce healing which is used by a majority, if not every single marksman, malefic Gun incresses the distance of the basic attacks in order to have better chances against heros such as Layla who haves a long range for their basic attacks. Hunter Strike is then taken in order to have better penetration and the ability to reduce the istance faster
Damage oriented marksman emblem
The marksman emblem is used in order to have a better lifesteal and increases the attack speed, you then have War cry and thrill to increase your damages and Tenacity helps you to have better defenses when low hp
Battle Spell
If you dont have Flicker or dont want to use it, i find inspire being a great second choice because of the increased regeneration which can save you in dangerous situations where flicker wouldnt be usefull
Early game
In the early game, this set is surprisingly powerfull, if, after the first mark is placed, you use inspire, the healing is optimal since it is increased by ixia's passive, i recomand her in early 1v1 if you feel like you can do it
Team fights
Since ixia is locked down during ult, you have to be sure that you can ult safely, if an ennemy is in the backlane, it can be punished, do not hesitate to use inspire if you are low to benefit from the anti armor it provides
Best With Tigreal
Ixia's ult is extremely powerfull combined with tigreal ult, it makes you able to have ennemies locked down and easy to attack with your skills
Watch Out For Suyou
The most dangerous thing about Suyou is that he can close up the distance and place a quick combo easely, it is hard to counter it but it is possible
