Chang'e one of the best mage you can use it like a marksman or mage and she is really powerfful with a team or solo fighing u can use it
Strengths
It has tremendous strength and is considered fast. Strong throughout the game, not just at the beginning or end. It is recommended because it does not depend on the team much and can destroy towers quickly
Weaknesses
On the late game change suffers with tanks like tigreal atlas uranus....as they become difficult to kill
Magic power (coldwon reduction/magic damage)
This build is built on two things: first the coldown reduction and power magic /the sky piercer is really important
attack speed
This build makes change just like a marker but doesn't show results unless in late game

Chang'e don't need a powerfull team but need a good team prefer a tank not a support a tank who can stan the enemies like tigreal atlas... but the best is carmilla ult with chang'e

Carmilla can stan and increase strength of chang'e by her ult that make chang'e really powerfful
