Lylia should clear minions early in the game and rotate to help hyper then exp and finally marksman. Get level 4 in mid lane and go help to get the first turtle.
Strengths
Lylia has the potential to get first blood in the early game. During war, Lylia can also support the team from behind without entering the war directly. Buying a glowing wand on the second item can give a burn effect to the enemy, this can give an opportunity to kill the opponent and get gold
Weaknesses
Lylia is very weak if locked with heroes that have a lot of CC or slow and stun effects such as Franco, Valir, Benedetta, Hanabi and more.
Sustained DPS
Glowing wand is very good for Lylia, the rest of the items like brute force can be replaced with holy crystal or wishing lantern.
Mage damage
