Masha is pretty good at carrying solo. If you know how to use her properly then you will know when to play smart. Masha is a nightmare for most marksman, assassin and tanky in late game
Weaknesses
Masha has a few weaknesses. 1, bad internet well you get the idea. 2 team not even trying to win, this is pretty straight forward. 3 hero that can stun you multiple time, masha is not like a tank that soak and still deal a ton of damage and a lot of cc is the counter.
How to deal with bad teammate
You can change magic boots for any boot that fits you except for the mana boot. You can change Hunter strike for any item of your choice except war axe

Assassin emblem because that can help her burst down tanky and squishy hero down faster and these are straight forward so I don't need to explain

Petrify is the best spell for masha for locking down lone hero
How to deal with bad teammate
When the match starts you should buy and sell your boots before the 15 second and buy dagger which will then turn into that club looking thing than buy heptasea then boots. Also check for who your Laning against if it is someone squishy like paquito but deal a lot of damage than you gotta be careful. Also when team fights happens you should always target either the mage or marksman
Best With Johnson
Masha and Johnson are the perfect duo. They can single target enemys while being able to escape as well
Watch Out For Minsitthar
Minsitthar counter masha a bit if you know how to use him. Because of his stuns and ult masha can't do anything if she can't come close and hit you. When your using minsitthar and fighting against masha always make a distance between you and her and also enough so that your 2nd skill basic attack hits
