This is just my opinion base on my gameplay and I'm comfortable of this build

Thrill to have advantage in early, plus festival of blood for your spell vamp to sustain and it has up to 8 stacks, impulse rage for more damage and also the emblem assassin for extra damage and movement speed and also adaptive attacks
Battle Spell
Cuz flicker is suitable for Granger to dodge and to scape or even outplayed the enemy
AKIE
For early if you know you have advantage on your enemy hero you should be more aggressive but at the same time map awareness and if your in disadvantaged then just last hit the minions and freeze lane the enemy and make sure you get the last hit in the minions cuz it gives 6 stack per minions and the more the stack the more you spam the first and third skill for mid game you should do double lane and make sure that your sky Piercer have stack in early or mid game and for late game do whatever you want just make sure you don't die and win the game
Best With Angela
Angela cuz it give you a lot of heal and the enemy can't ******** easily
Watch Out For Irithel
Irithel is the best to counter grager if the enemy know how to control irithel cuz irithel has a lot of movement speed so she can easily dodge the bullet and it has a lot of damage
