Cut lane early game and give vision at enemy jungler buff, support your teammates by soaking damage and being the front line
Strengths
Good at poking, Backlines nightmare, and can be a good cc hero with his 3-2-1-3-3 combo to help your teammates increase chances to attack safely
Weaknesses
Though very good at poking, if your team lacks another Frontliner he might struggle soaking and poking since enemy can cc and attack you.
Sustain/damage
War axe + queen wing + oracle for lifesteal and sustain Sea hal since you are staying in the fight for very long and need it for countering high sustain heros Final item can be any defense item (remember to choose defense items that make you not that easy to burst)
Sustain/Tank
For even more tankier choose dominance instead of sea halbert if your last item is not defense against burst

Adaptive for extra damage since you're building sustain Festival blood for sustain Quantum Charge to poke enemies

Best Spell for paquito to close gaps and escape
Laning Phase
His Early Laning phase is mostly like benedetta. Cut the lane and proceed to either go help mid or check enemy jungle buff in your side lane
Late game
Since you are entering late game your build must be finished/almost for this time, you poke enemies hitting them with the skill 2 combo along with the quantum Charge to back off and then repeat. If there is war you should try to soak as much damage as possible along with sustaining so that your team can dish damage without needing to worry about getting caught
Best With Karrie
Best if you pick types of hero that can maintain their distance and still dish a heck lot of damage. Remember to use your skill 3 if your teammates maybe get caught by enemy so that your teammates can have time to escape
Watch Out For Phoveus
Though paquito is very agile and fast Phoveus is basically a big counter to paquito because of phoveus passive and paquito is mostly a dash type meaning that if phoveus was in late game phase and you are Infront he might have alot of advantages with his passive and can chase your teammates down
