Overview
You want to play Khaleed roam at an Immortal level? Good. This is not about just roaming, it is about constant pressure and tempo control.
Strengths
Khaleed is a bully in early game. His passive plus Skill 1 lets you win almost every trade at levels 1 to 3. As a roamer this means you can invade, zone the enemy jungle, and secure early kills. His heal is very powerful. You can bait fights, stall, and recover full HP without recalling. Very strong for holding areas like Turtle or bushes. His ultimate is a strong fight opener. Dash plus knock up plus damage makes it perfect to catch backline or force fights. Works very well with teammates who can follow up. His passive lets him move quickly across the map. You can rotate faster than most roamers and apply pressure everywhere. If you get ahead early, you can completely take control of the game. A fed Khaleed creates constant pressure on the map.
Weaknesses
After mid game, Khaleed loses impact. His damage is not enough and enemies become harder to kill. His engage is strong but easy to read. High level players will anticipate your ultimate and position well. His Skill 2 heal can be canceled by any crowd control. Stun or silence can kill you before you recover. Even as a roamer, he is more of a semi bruiser. If your team has no real tank, fights become harder. Khaleed relies on tempo. If you fail early game or miss your engages, you lose a lot of value quickly.

This build can be ajusted in fonction of the draft of ennemy !
Anti physical MM
This build is good by example if ennemy use Yss jungle and mm in gold lane.
Early damage !
This set is very good with a sustain HP and regeneration + a big extra damage to harass ennemy.
Battle Spell
Adjust the positionnement or add more distance to iniate ! Avoid a wrong fight or escape with flicker. Be creative ? Use your spell to have a better position !
Early game is the most important part !
Zone a lot and try to poke enemy has much of possible. Try to give your team an advantage or possibilities to invade.

Watch Out For Khufra
Khufra is one of the best counter for Khaled.
