marcel is a roam type hero who's specialty is CC with his new CC type which is frozen moment he can pause the hero skill or movement for a brief type and it can bypass CC immunity skills

Marcel is strong for initiating teamfight and canceling enemy skill or even save there teamate to dying

marcel weakness are hero who can burst him or match hes movement speed and heroes who has invincibility skills (benedetta,sora,aldous and etc)
