Julian is a very versatile hero with a combination of Immunity lifesteal damage and control, He offers great laning the ability to snowball extremely fast and comebacks during clashes.
Strengths
Julians Strengths Consists of him being able to burst down squishy heroes out-sustain other fighters and tanks eith his Enhanced second skill and able to deal damage whilst being immune
Weaknesses
Julians Weakness Consists of him being vulnurable to burst heroes such as eudora and saber as if he doesnt burst them down first they will, hes also very vulnurable while his skills are on cooldown providing no sustain except for his equipment emblems battle spells and positioning.
Julians Build (Magic build+Attack speed+ sustain)
Julians build should always consists of FEATHER OF HEAVEN and CONCENTRATED ENERGY as these items are his main source of spellvamp and attack speed, after getting this two items it is important for you to get WINDTALKER as it synchronizes with the emblems perfectly, the kast 2 slots should be sustain items as going full damage could let hin be bursted down too fast.
Marksman emblem with lifesteal and basic attacks
Picking the marksmen emblem is great with providing additional lifesteal and attack speed for the talents pick SWIFT in the first slot for additional attack speed Festival of blood for the second slot for more spellvamp And for the third slot Pick war cry, War cry fits perfectly in with Julians passive.
Battle Spell
Julian being locked down is very dangerous especially with multiple enemy heroes, to survive this he either needs to escape the lockdown or survive it which is why Flicker or vengeance are the best options you can also pick purify but picking it so may lower your damage or mobility by picking it instead of flicker or vengeance tho it gives you the ability to escape lockdowns and do a great comeback by using your enhanced second skill, For damage inspire is always the best but makes you very vulnurable to burst without any tank build or sustain build.
Early - Mid Game
In the laning phase julian excells at playing safely or aggresively with his passive and first skill he can either safely poke or last hit enemy minions, Always leave your enhanced second skill when clearing or pushing for a clear way out, ALWAYS HELP WITH THE FIRST TURTLE this ensures resources for you and your teamate, Rotate if you can dont let your lane opponent push your turret clear fast and help your team if your lane opponent stays in the lane make sure to return quickly.

Julian with tigreal combo is great tigreal can pull all the enemies together whilst julian can do massive aoe with his 2-3-1 combo.
Watch Out For Valir
Valir along with great poke heroes excells at annoying Julian mains as these heroes can safely slow and damage him at a safe distance and when he manages to get close they either dash out or push you back
