Overview
Ixia is a high-sustain Marksman who dominates the Gold Lane. Unlike other marksmen, she doesn't rely on critical hits. Instead, she uses her Passive (Siphon Starlium) to heal herself while dealing massive AoE damage. She is a teamfight specialist—when she opens her Ultimate, the entire enemy team has to run or die.
Strengths
The greatest strength of Ixia lies in her unmatched area-of-effect damage which allows her to pressure an entire enemy team simultaneously during objective contests like Lord or Turtle. She possesses incredible natural sustain from her lifesteal abilities, meaning she can often outlast other marksmen in a direct trade of blows. Additionally, her kit includes excellent crowd control that can pull enemies together or slow them down, making it nearly impossible for them to escape her firing range once she has locked onto them. Weaknesses

Ultimate damage and penetration set
The Custom Assassin Emblem is the best choice for Ixia because it provides a significant boost to Physical Penetration and Adaptive Penetration, allowing her to melt through tanks and squishy heroes alike. I have specifically chosen the War Cry talent because Ixia can trigger it very easily with her rapid-fire basic attacks and skills. Once active, the 8% damage increase applies to her entire Ultimate duration, making her a devastating force in teamfights. To complement this, you should use talents that focus on extra Physical Attack and Weapon Master to ensure your lifesteal and damage scaling reach their maximum potential by the late game
Battle Spell
Flicker while your Ultimate is already active; this will surprise the enemy by shifting your entire damage zone without canceling the skill. Beyond offense, it is your only reliable way to dodge deadly crowd control or leap over walls when assassins are chasing you, making it a mandatory pick for survival and playmaking
Early game farming
Focus entirely on safely clearing your minion waves and avoiding unnecessary aggressive trades until you have your first core item. Use your first skill to poke enemies from a distance and stay near your turret if the enemy jungler is missing from the map. Your goal here is to reach level 4 as quickly as possible without dying so you can support your team during the first Turtle contest
Late game team fights
This is where you shine by positioning yourself behind your tanks and waiting for the enemies to use their crowd control skills before opening your Ultimate. Always keep your Flicker ready to adjust your position during your Full Barrage to maximize your damage area. If you stay alive and keep your distance, your massive area-of-effect damage and lifesteal will allow you to wipe out the entire enemy team and end the game

Ixia performs best when paired with "Set" Tanks like Tigreal who can group the entire enemy team into one spot. Because her Ultimate covers a wide area but requires her to stay still, having a teammate who can stun multiple enemies at once allows Ixia to safely trigger her full damage combo. This synergy ensures that the enemies are trapped inside her firing range with no way to escape her massive burst damage, almost always guaranteeing a won teamfight and a clear path to victory
Watch Out For Layla
Ixia dominates marksmen who have no mobility. Her Skill 2 can easily pull them in, and her Ultimate has a much longer range than their basic attacks. In the Gold Lane, she can safely poke them out of the game and take a massive gold lead
