Overview
Tamuz is an aggressive fighter with massive true damage and outstanding lifesteal. In the jungle role, he can clear camps incredibly fast and dominate the early game. His goal is to dive into the heat of battle, soak up damage, and burn down squishy targets, preventing them from escaping.

Balanced Thamuz Jungler Build
Start with basic boots and then rush Corrosion Scythe for immediate damage. This is the core item to trigger your passive and slow down enemies. Balanced build provides a great mix of attack speed and survivability. Tough Boots and the last two defensive items are always situational. This setup is the most reliable choice for most matches.
Thamuz Jungler Emblems
Fighter Emblem provides the necessary HP and physical defense for a jungler. Swift talent increases your attack speed to trigger the passive more often. Battle Spell
Flame Retribution is the best choice for maximum damage and winning duels. Use it to steal physical attack from the enemy and increase your own power. Ice Retribution is a great situational pick against mobile heroes with dash skills. It steals movement speed and helps Tamuz to stay close to targets. Tough Retribution is better against tanky drafts because it steals hybrid defense. Choose your retribution color based on the enemy team composition for the best results.
General Tips
Always remember to pick up your scythes after throwing them to reduce the cooldown of your first skill. This mechanic is essential for maintaining constant true damage and fast jungle clearing. Use your second skill to jump over walls and surprise enemies from the bushes. When your Ultimate is active stay in the middle of the fight to maximize your HP regeneration. Do not waste your skills on minions if an enemy hero is nearby as you need them for defense.
Early Game
Focus on fast jungle clearing to reach level four as soon as possible. Use your first skill to harrass the enemy jungler and contest the Turtle. Tamuz is very strong early so do not be afraid of 1v1 fights. Always keep your scythes moving to maintain your passive burn damage.
Mid Game
This is your power spike after buying Corrosion Scythe. Start ganking side lanes and focus on taking down turrets. Use your Ultimate during teamfights to soak up damage and heal back instantly. Stay aggressive and control the enemy forest to deny their farm.
Late Game
In the late game you should act as a frontliner for your team. Target the enemy marksman or mage and dive deep using your second skill. Be careful of heavy crowd control and wait for the right moment to engage. Your main job is to create space for your team and take the Lord.

Angela is the best partner for Tamuz because her ultimate provides a massive shield and movement speed. She allows you to dive into the enemy team and survive their burst damage. Her slow skills help you to catch mobile targets and trigger your passive more often. With Angela inside you Tamuz becomes a truly unstoppable monster in every teamfight.
Watch Out For Valir
Valir is your worst nightmare because he can push you away constantly with his skills. His slow and stun effects make it impossible for Tamuz to reach the enemy backline. Even with your ultimate active you will struggle to deal any damage if he is nearby. Always try to wait for him to use his push before you jump into the fight.
