Marcel mostly relies on his passive and skills effects.. all of his are entirely based on CC effects. His ultimate not only CC enemy heros but can also do the same to ally heros. Be aware of a Marcel user on ur team . You know what I mean.(0_0)

He is weak to oneshot ambush heros like Natalia , Ling, saber , Karina Eudora .

That build Combined with Oracle+Blood wings+Holy Crystal gives him a massive shield while giving him extra HP and Mana Regen.
