Overview
Jullian is an underrated hero in the game in my opinion. He deals magic damage through the combination of enchnached skill and basic attacks which can deal some serious amount of damages.
Strengths
Jullian has very good farming ability due to this low cooldown skills and enhanced basic attacks from his passive. He can sustain very well in fights due to this passive hybrid life steal. He has Damage, Invulnerability and Crowd Control al in one .
Weaknesses
Jullian is weak before level 3 and easy to kill with high burst dmz damage. Heroes like saber and chou can lock him down easily.

Battle Spell
As going jungle, this spell is compulsory as it gives more creeps rewards and damage reduction from creeps.
Best With Kalea
Kalae and Jullian can pick off target easily and burst them down.
