Chang'e is the perfect partner for Marcel's mechanics. When Marcel traps an enemy in his Ultimate's time freeze, Chang'e can aim her entire Meteor Shower right at them. Once the freeze ends, all the delayed meteors will hit the target at the exact same time for an unavoidable, massive burst of damage
Watch Out For Fanny
Fanny's extreme mobility makes her a very tough matchup for Marcel. She can use her cables to easily dart around and dodge his slow skills and Ultimate. Because Marcel's immobilization takes a moment to trigger, a skilled Fanny can zip in, burst your backline, and fly out before you can lock her down.
