For squishy heroes
I chose this build because it's good on taking down squishy heroes like layla, claude, and other heroes that are also squishy.
For tanky heroes
I chose this build because it's good on taking down tank/hard heroes like uranus, hilda, and barats, it's also good for poking enemies.
Lethal Ignition
I chose this emblem set because it can help kagura's ultimate damage more painfull.
Battle Spell
For me using flameshot on her is optional because flameshot is use to finish low hp heroes. Flicker is my second option if the enemies have more tanks.
Kagura laning
For me using kagura is fun because you can reposition yourself fast because of her umbrella, the heroes i find easy to phase in mid lane are nana, vale, zhask and valir because they don't really have mobility skills that's why i find them easy to kill. The heroes i find hard to phase in my lane are gusion, kadita, and lunox because of their mobility it's hard for me to kill them.

Kagura synergies good with tigreal because kagura can instantly follow with her umbrella + ultimate combo.
Watch Out For Minotaur
Kagura also synergies with minatour because Minotaur's rage ultimate = knock-up + stun in area. Kagura can safely burst enemies while they're airborne. Minotaur also provides healing, helping Kagura survive longer.
