
Main Support build
Boots - one of two defensive options, and nothing else. Thunder Belt - since we're often face-to-face with enemies and have the opportunity to safely harass and stack it, this item is always our number one priority. The next two items provide us with an incredible amount of stats and bonuses, considering we're almost always on the front line in fights. For example, at level 11, while surrounded by enemies, we'll get 60 Adaptive Defense from Clocks and another (up to) 40 from Dominant Ice, which also passively grants an additional 40 bonus Magic and Physical Defense. Oracle - bonus defense, HP, and enhanced regeneration from skills and Clock's passive effect (regen). Combined, all of this makes us extremely tanky at mid-game. Queen's Wings - massive survivability, CDR, HP, spell vamp, and a bit of nice damage.
Tank Emblems Set build
Boots for Cooldown Reduction. Thunder Belt - already covered above (see Main Support build). BFB - crowd control reduction, mobility, survivability, a bit of damage, and CDR. Chastise Pauldron - if the enemy team has a strong ADC or any hero that heavily relies on Attack Speed. Guardian Helmet - you can never have too much HP :) !!! P.S. Keep in mind that this build (and main one) is for an ideal scenario that you may not always have - so you'll need to adapt. Don't just mindlessly copy it without understanding the reasoning behind each item.
Main: 40% CD
Since we've chosen Support Emblems set for enhanced Regen and bonus CD Reduction, we'll pick secondary talents for survivability: Vitality (+225 HP) & Tenacity (+15 Adaptive Defense). Temporal Reign will allow us to airborne enemies up to three times in the late game and during active team fights.
Tank
With Tank Emblems, we already have enough HP and Defense, so we'll prioritize cooldown reduction for Flicker, and Swift (+10% AS) - to perform basic attacks faster and consequently get a small CD Reduction (Guinevere's passive spell). Temporal Reign will allow us to airborne enemies up to three times in the late game and during active team fights.

What makes him great is that he can extend our initiation - we don't have to wait for teammates and can act as a primary engager
Watch Out For Alice
And any Fighter who has sustain - we simply can't kill them by bursting with skills or outdamaging them in basic-attacks fight, even with Dominant Ice. It's useless
