Marcel is one of a new overpowered heroes in MLBB. His passive - Platinum Snap immobilized an enemy about 1 second. Which gives him a huge time advantage to activite his ultimate before the enemy could react. Based of my observation and experienced The best hero picks suitable for him in laning Exp : Hero with crowd control or slowed effect and much tanker/sustain in front line, (Terizla, Minsitar, ruby, Khaleed... Etc). Mid: Mages with huge Area of effect, burst, poke and chase, ( Chang-e, lunox, Pharsa, Odette, Valentina, Lylia ... Etc). Jungle: A jungler hero possesses an ability to burst, escape or sustain ( Hayabusa, Fredrin, Lancelot, Akai, Silvanna, and Freya...etc).. Gold lane : Hero with long range back line , Burst , chase and finisher, (Granger, Beatrix, Asia, karrie, Clint, Freya... etc). These suggestions might ensures effectiveness in battlefield. However, it's up to its user on how to used it.
Weaknesses
Further, Marcel is also have disadvantaged. Marcel's Combo is pretty more complex, it must be precise and coordination with your teammate to respond or react immediately or the results would be nothing but wasted. Furthermore, Marcel is too vulnerable to the hero deals with true damege. Since Marcel has a two restriction, one is attack speed, second items with massive health percent. When you bought an item with a massive hp like Guardian Helmet it would immediately converted to a hybrid defense. Finally, despite his Overpoweredness, he also have a major weaknesses.
