Oracle for passive shield boost. Chastise pauldron for attack speed reduction and immortality for extra life

Rapid boot with favour for movement and heal with thunder belt for defence and true damage with easier stacking and oracle for boost in healing and sheild dominance ice for heal and sheild reduction for enemies and for extra defence witch flask of oasis for team survival and heal boost with gurdian helmet for sustain and hybrid defence
Full tank
Marcel is support tank so tank emblem is perfect for him for tankyness. Inspire to reduce cool down for spell and skill. Tenacity for longer team fight and concussive blast for early damage and lane clearing
Support
Marcel can play support as well so support emblem for heal with agility for movement with more cd reduction and early damage and lane clearance.
Battle Spell
Flicker is good for marcel to initiate team fight with suprise or to escape tight situations
Early to late
In early just focus on giving vision with encourage roam which will give you extra gold and exp after lvl4 don't engage without team. Use your ult wisely to initiate or to retreat. Always focus enemies jungler or damage dealer with your ultimate. Warn your teammates not to dive in your ultimate. Try to use your passive more for stacking thunder belt. Remember marcel only dominate game if he have good team back up. Hero with long projectile skill shine with marcel.
