Hard to kill
The glowing want is very important if the enemy has healing hero or that grants shield I use this building bc once cecilion gets alot of stocks he doesn't need no more damage item infact the more stacks he has the more damage he can dealt and the defense item is very optional if you want to be lil bit tanky or hard to kill
Fast rotation
This emblem is for fast rotation, after you clear your lane you can easily can go to the other lane. Example if you notice how weak your ally on their lane you the thing you can do is go with them in the early but don't forget to clear your lane otherwise it will cost of defeat or lack out of coins to buy builds
Tanky
Since cecilion is so easy to Burst I recommend also using this emblem, with this he can have spellvamp and he can long last at the team fight and hard to kill
Burst
This is good emblem use it if the enemy is weak not tanky. In this emblem you can easy Burst the enemy and surely they cannot escape every hit you put into them
Battle Spell
Flicker is the best spell for cecilion for example when your in a deadly combat and your ally's has been slain you can use flicker as escape but you can also pick purify if the enemy is full of cc or stun
MAP AWARENESS
In the early of the game you should atleast help the jungler by using the first skill for 2 times and after that go to your lane and wait before the first skill reset to zero so your mana doesn't drain fast and after clearing your lane always rotate to gold lane or exp lane just go to the team that needing more help in the early so the enemy will become snowball

Perfect duo beside Angela gives heals she can also helo cecilion gain shields and movement speed this combo is so good for chasing, escaping
Watch Out For Carmilla
Carmilla is so rare in the game but im telling you this is the always op combination of cecilion bc carmilla can absorb all the damage and can long last in the fight bc of her first skill and carmilla s second skill can stun the enemy for few sec and that really helpful and her ult is the most helpful if the enemy is in the circle of carmilla ult cecilion can finish the enemy easy bc the damage bouncing back to one and another
