When the ultimate is cast without the umbrella, it creates a link that pulls enemies toward the umbrella's location after a short delay. By using Flicker and her second skill to retrieve the umbrella at the exact moment the pull occurs, you "drag" the umbrella—and the attached enemies—to your new position.
