Overview
This is for Alucard's background, role, farming routes, and more.
Strengths
This is for Alucard's laning/farming advantages, team fight advantages, early/mid/late game advantages, and favorable characteristics.
Weaknesses
- Vulnerable to Crowd Control (CC): This is his biggest weakness. Stuns, silences, and other CC effects can completely shut down Alucard, preventing him from using his skills and lifesteal to survive.
- The Sanguine Hunter's Set
This equipment build is designed to maximize physical damage output, enhance lifesteal and sustain, and provide crucial defensive utilities for a fighter or assassin hero, particularly one like Alucard. The combination of damage items ensures strong offensive presence, while the specific defensive items help in surviving burst damage and prolonged team fights. This build aims to make the hero a formidable force in both skirmishes and late-game engagements by balancing aggression with necessary survivability.
Brave Smit emblem set:
I chose the Brave Smite emblem set primarily for the sustain it provides. For heroes like Alucard, who rely heavily on skill damage to engage and survive in fights, recovering 5% of Max HP every 6 seconds upon dealing skill damage to an enemy hero significantly enhances his durability. This talent allows him to continuously heal during skirmishes and extended team fights, reducing his need to recall to base frequently and keeping him in the action longer. The extra HP recovery synergizes well with his natural lifesteal, making him much harder to take down and improving his farming efficiency by allowing him to clear jungle camps or lanes with less health loss. It essentially transforms his offensive skills into a defensive advantage, making him a more formidable and resilient fighter.
Battle Spell
For me Use the retri spell as jungle lane, it can beat early enemy and can do fast farm in every turtle or lord so that you Can win the battle as earlier
Mid to late game Power spike
This phase typically begins once Alucard has acquired 2-3 core damage items (like Endless Battle, Hunter Strike, and Blade of Despair) and has reached level 8-10 or higher. At this point, his damage output, lifesteal, and overall survivability dramatically increase, allowing him to dominate skirmishes and contribute significantly to team fights.
Best With Tigreal
Alucard thrives when enemies are locked down, allowing him to freely unleash his skills and basic attacks to maximize his lifesteal and damage. Heroes like Tigreal (Flicker + Ultimate), Atlas (Fatal Links), or Franco (Iron Hook + Bloody Hunt) can stun or suppress key enemy targets, creating perfect opportunities for Alucard to dive in and secure kills without being immediately kited or CC'd himself. Chou's Jeet Kune Do and The Way of Dragon also provide excellent single-target lockdown.
Watch Out For Estes
While Alucard has strong lifesteal, an extra layer of defense from shields or damage reduction can make him virtually unkillable during his ultimate. Angela's Heartguard (Ultimate) can attach to Alucard, providing a shield and enabling her to deal damage and slow enemies while he focuses on offense. Rafaela and Estes provide continuous healing, further boosting his sustain.
