Strengths
She's can used in gold or midlane whatever you're role is and insane cc and dmg but play safe and use your basic attack on bushes near you if enemy hidden and stun them for escaping
Weaknesses
She's weak against Eudora, zilong, cc heroes, etc
For fun slow Effect lol
These items I chose are only for fun or change it if you don't want to that's ok, tough boot is for decrease cc and increase movement speed, the three item I chose is for slow Effect and increase defense, less lifestyle and dmg, fourth and five is for dmg and increase penetration.
Cheap slow
As I chose these emblem but first of all is mage because for increase dmg and magic penetration, agility to increase her movement speed and escaping from the enemy even chasing them, Bargain hunter is good to buy item for the price decrease less but you can change it, and lastly weakness finder is good to slow enemy and attack speed against Miya, moscov, and other mm etc.

Sprint is useful to Kimmy on the battlefield and to chase even escape with slow Effect like item and emblem
Safety step
Always behind the tank and avoid chasing enemy they planning killing you at bushes, If you ever counter that the enemy surround around you use flicker or second skill to go through at walls immediately, always flow minions and don't kill it so the enemy can't get the gold by killing minions
Best With Lukas
Lucas is hard to kill even if his core on the enemy side and always Target you if you go through the bushes
Watch Out For Aamon
Just by immobilized him and basic attack him will can't go through to you even though by stacking thunder belt
