Overview
Eudora is a burst mage specializing in single-target elimination. After her revamp, she gained the ability to spread her passive lightning effect to nearby enemies, making her more impactful in team fights. She excels at ambushing and instantly deleting squishy heroes such as marksmen, assassins, and mages. Eudora is best played as a mid-laner who rotates early to side lanes to secure kills. Her simple skill combo and high burst damage make her beginner-friendly, but positioning and timing are crucial to maximize her effectiveness. She shines in the early to mid game and can snowball quickly with proper rotations.
Strengths
Extremely high burst damage (can one-shot squishy heroes) Strong early and mid-game power spike Easy and reliable stun (2nd Skill) Revamped passive allows damage spread in team fights Strong pick-off potential and bush ambush capability Beginner-friendly mechanics
Weaknesses
Very squishy and easy to kill if caught No mobility skills (no dash or blink) Falls off in very late game if enemies build Magic Defense Highly dependent on skill combo accuracy Weak against heroes with immunity, purify, or high mobility Struggles against tanky compositions
One Shot Build
This build maximizes Eudora burst combo damage (Skill 2 Skill 1 Ultimate) to instantly eliminate squishy targets. Arcane Boots provides early magic penetration. Genius Wand reduces enemy magic defense, making her combo deadlier. Lightning Truncheon adds extra burst damage that synergizes with her stun combo. Sky Piercer helps finish low-HP enemies. Divine Glaive counters magic defense
One Shot Build
I chose this Emblem set to maximize Revamped Eudora burst combo potential. Lethal Ignition perfectly synergizes with her Skill 2 + Skill 1 + Ultimate combo, allowing her to quickly deal damage exceeding 7% of the enemy Max HP and trigger the burn effect. This increases her one-shot capability against squishy targets and adds extra damage against tankier heroes. The setup strengthens her early-game poke, mid-game pick-offs, and late-game teamfight burst
Battle Spell
Flicker is chosen to compensate for Eudora lack of mobility. Since she has no dash or escape skill, Flicker provides repositioning for both aggressive plays and defensive escapes. It allows Eudora to surprise enemies with sudden engage combos or safely retreat when targeted by assassins. Tips & Techniques: Use Flicker + Skill 2 (stun) instantly to catch enemies off guard. Hide in bushes, then Flicker forward to secure one-shot combos on squishy targets. Save Flicker defensively against dive heroes like assassins or fighters. You can Flicker after casting Ultimate to reposition safely. In late game, never waste Flicker randomly—keep it for game-changing picks.
Mid Game Burst Control
Eudora is strongest in the mid game once she unlocks her Ultimate. Focus on hiding in bushes and ambushing squishy heroes (MM, Mage, Assassin). Use Skill 2 to stun first, then Skill 1 and Ultimate for maximum burst damage. Always check the map before engaging and avoid showing yourself early in team fights. During laning, clear waves quickly and rotate to side lanes to secure kills. Stay behind tanks in team fights and wait for the right moment to eliminate key targets. Avoid frontlining since Eudora is very fragile and can be easily picked off
Best With Tigreal
Eudora synergizes very well with tanks and initiators who can group or lock down enemies, allowing her to safely execute her burst combo. Heroes like Atlas, Tigreal, and Khufra are excellent partners because their crowd control sets up easy stun-to-ultimate kills for Eudora. She also works well with assassins and marksmen who can quickly follow up after her burst to finish surviving targets. However, she struggles in compositions without frontline protection, as she is very fragile and can be easily eliminated by dive heroes. Proper positioning and strong initiation from teammates maximize her effectiveness in team fights.
Watch Out For Helcurt
Helcurt counters Eudora because his silence prevents her from casting her stun and burst combo. When Helcurt activates his ultimate, he can easily ambush and eliminate Eudora before she has time to react. Since Eudora is very fragile and relies heavily on her skills, she struggles against Helcurt's high mobility and burst damage.
