If you have an enemy that likes to burst (like gusion or Harley) i recommend replacing Dominance Ice with Athena's Sheild. But if you have an enemy that has insane amount of heal (like yu zhong) use dominance ice.
Burst
Masha goes best with assassin's emblem because she needs movement speed in order to catch up with enemies or team fights. Thrill for extra Adaptive attack best for early since masha is very squishy in early game. Master Assassin for when your doing a 1v1 (best if you like ambushing enemies). Lethal ignition since when we do masha's burst the enemy usually escape with a little bit of hp but with this we can guarantee they wont escape
Battle Spell
Flicker is a must pick if your playing solo and want to chase enemies.
BUBURST
Note that in early you shouldn't be aggressive if the enemy is tanky or has healing skills. but if the enemy is squishy you can be aggressive depends on you. skill combo 3rd 2nd and 1st. 3rd skill to slow them 2nd skill to reduce their atk speed temporarily and 1st skill to finish them off.
