Flicker is the best compatible spell for granger ,aegis and purify is optional, can be picked accordingly to the enemy
Positioning
Always postion yourself in a way that enemy won't be able to reach you, always keep your 2nd skill ready because granger is vulnerable to cc and assasins , at the start of the laning phase try to poke you opponent with 1st skill . When you tap your 1st skill instantly tap 1st skill again so that you don't use up more energy.Try to last hit every minions Mid game rotate to mid lane at 6mins to get some gold from the minions if your team is not taking teamfight in another lane go back to your lane immediately to stop your opponent from pushing your lane In team fights always maintain distance until the enemy ultimates are not used After you enemy ultimates get used you can just spam your skills towards them
