Overview
Eudora has received a major revamp in January 2026, changing her gameplay and role in team fights. New Skills: - Passive: Superconductor - Eudora's skills apply a Superconductor mark to targets, enhancing the effects of her subsequent skills. - Skill 1: Forked Lightning - Deals wide damage to enemies in a fan-shaped area, her first skill reduces a cooldown if the she strikes it with her passive, If the enemy has a superconductor, her first skill will strike an continious small lightning strikes. - Skill 2: Ball Lightning - Stuns and deals damage to enemies, her second skill now reduces the target's defence, helping her burst or poke her target easily. - Ultimate: Thunder's Wrath - Deals massive damage to a target, with its wider area of effect, making him more reliable on support and crowd control fights. When her ultimates strikes with her passive, it will strike another lightning in the same position where the enemy is standing making it more terrifying and more on burst. Gameplay Changes: - She is now a more effective mage in team fights, able to deal wide damage and stun multiple enemies. - Her skills are easier to use, with shorter cooldowns and wider range. - Her ultimate is more powerful, dealing massive damage to a target area.
Strengths
Eudora is a powerful and terrifying mage making her capable on bursting both squishy and tanky heroes, with her new second skill upgraded on reducing target's defence making it more reliable on teamfights and her high AoE ultimate to be more effective on crowded teamfights, and with her wider first skill, with an increase amount of movement speed in a short period of time and shorter skill cooldowns. Even if her damage is well reduced, she still capable of bursting any squishy heroes. She is now a crowd control mage with slightly fast minion clear and fast support, she can be paired with some specific heroes like tigreal, atlas, and other heroes with suppression and capable on setting.
Weaknesses
Zero Mobility: Eudora lacks any blink, dash, or escape skills, making her easy to pick off by assassins or ganked in the mid-lane. She is heavily reliant on the Flicker or Sprint battle spells for repositioning. Extreme Squishiness: As a burst mage, she has very low defensive stats. She is easily killed by physical assassins (Ling, Natalia) or long-range poke heroes (Gord, Chang'e) if she fails to stun them first. Skill 1 Range and Timing: While her damage is high, her primary damage source (Skill 1) has become more restrictive. It is narrower, and to get maximum damage, she needs the target to remain in range for the second phase, which is difficult against agile enemies. Dependency on Stun Combo: Without her 2nd skill (Ball Lightning) to lock down a target, she is mostly defenseless. If her combo is interrupted, she has no other way to escape. Slow Wave Clear/Early Game Weakness: Despite the buffs, her ability to clear minion waves quickly is relatively poor compared to other meta mages, which can allow opponents to pressure her and rotate faster. Vulnerability to Purify/Immunity: Heroes with innate CC immunity (like Chou) or those who buy Purify/Winter Truncheon can easily negate her main combo. High Cooldowns: Her major damage-dealing skills have long cooldowns, leaving her vulnerable after a failed attempt to burst an enemy. Items: Purchase Athena's Shield to survive her initial burst, or Winter Truncheon to dodge her ultimate. Heroes: Use agile heroes or those with quick cleanses, such as Kagura (cleanse), Chou (immunity), or Uranus (high healing). Playstyle: Force her to use her skills on minions, then engage when her 2nd skill is on cooldown. Utilize lane bullies to keep her HP low early.
HIGH POKE DAMAGE AND SPAMMABLE BUILD
Arcane boots help her to deal a magic penetration on early game making her terrifying when she hits you with her combo plus her second skill's defense reduction, pair it with genius wand and divine glave for additional penetration to even gain more terrifying strength. Enchanted talisman helps her spam her skills in the early game and with its mana regen making it more reliable on teamfights and support. glowing wand helps her to counter some of heroes with lifesteal and spellvamp. and lastly is the Holy crystal with its high magic damage making it more effective on high poke damages.
POKE AND BURST SUPPORT EMBLEM BUILD
Mage emblem is the only emblem capable for eudora because of its additional 5% cooldwn reduction and magic penetration. Agility is the main first co-emblem for eudora because eudora is lacking on mobility so she can rely on movement speed for her to freely roam the battlefield faster. Wilderness blessing is just like Agility making her rely on movement speed too and even help on securing the turtle or lord or even when chasing a target on the river. Impure rage is what i always use on eudora because of mana regen and 4% of target's max HP damage, pairing it with her spammable skills like the first skill making it more effective on teamfights
Battle Spell
Flicker is the only battle spell capable on pairing with eudora, its because eudora is lack of mobility and so easy to reach, so pairing her with flicker is the best way to escape a teamfight when she is on low HP, I may as well use sprint because of her first skill giving increased movement speed making her walk fastly and even escape some specific accidents
COMBO, SPAM, AND RUN
When making a combo, always use second skill to reduce its target's defence then strike with her ultimate with superconductor then her first skill, with its spammable status on the late game. This combo is commonly used for tanky or sustained heroes, or even a single target only Next is Ultimate, then second skill for an all out crowd control situation then first skill. This help on the teamfight when enemy always gathers.
Best With Tigreal
Tigreal can suppress many heroes at once, making her take an advantage to use her skill all out in an one place.
Watch Out For Chou
Chou's second skill is quite annoying for eudora users because of its cc immune effect, with a short cooldown.
